Kathleen Clark practices law in Washington, DC, where she provides advice on legal ethics, government ethics and whistleblower law to individuals, law firms, government agencies and corporations.

She has created ethics and compliance training programs for governments at the federal, state and local level, and has served as an expert witness in litigation involving whistleblower law and ethics.

Clark brings both practical experience and academic rigor to her law practice. She previously worked as a lawyer for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and the Office of the Attorney General of the District of Columbia, where she wrote an Ethics Manual for the District’s 32,000 employees.

She is also a scholar and law professor, has published academic articles and newspaper op-eds, and has led ethics workshops in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
